New York's more likely.Arranger Tommy Kaye you might know better as Thomas Jefferson Kaye.He had a couple of good albums on Dunhill in the early seventies butwas mainly a producer - he did Gene Clark's "No Other"T.J.Black is quite probably a pseudonym for Kaye. He was a staff producer at Scepter/Wand at the time so maybe this was a moonlighting job. Issued 11/65.Davie G.
